Short biosketch
Qi WEI received the Ph.D degree in Signal Processing from National Polytechnic Institute of Toulouse (INP-ENSEEIHT), University of Toulouse, France in September 2015 and the Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering from Beihang University (BUAA), Beijing, China in July 2010. During his PhD, he was also with the Signal and Communications Group of the IRIT Laboratory. From February to August of 2012, he was an exchange master student with the Signal Processing and Communications Group in the Department of Signal Theory and Communications (TSC), Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC).
Since August of 2015 , Qi WEI has been a Research Associate with the Signal Processing and Communications Laboratory, Department of Engineering, University of Cambridge.
